Being a student often comes with many tasks and obstacles, which can lead to feeling stressed and isolated. Every student deserves a safe and supportive space to de-stress and make meaningful connections with others. We offer creatively fun activities, teach grounding skills to promote calmness and link students with on- or off-campus resources. We are a supportive drop-in space for everyone. We are Eagle Buddies!
Goals: decrease stress, increase access to resources, increase feelings of belonging and support, promote personal well-being and self-care, promote diversity, equity and inclusion, raise awareness of mental health.
Format: In-Person, bi-weekly (2/10, 2/24, 3/10, 3/24, 4/7, and 4/21)
